Hi Bob.
the one that was in the spares scheme, not sure if it's gone now, was one of 2 that I had made by alberta springs and fitted my Dogleg forks perfectly. they had the exact spec in their Terry's spring book. If neede i can get that one to you.

Hello all, the Parts Department once again needs to borrow a couple of items for examination.  This will only be for 2-3 weeks, and we'll refund all postage costs.

What we are after is the central fork spring from any model built between 1932 and 1935.  Two different lengths were used, 10-inch and 8-inch, and we would like an example of each.  The two springs will fit the same space because they have different mounting pins.

Do you have what you know to be the correct item sitting on your spares shelf?  Or do you have a bike that's in bits at the moment, or a bike that's laid up and which could spare its spring for a short while?  Please help if you can - this is the only way that we can produce accurate replica new parts to get Sunbeams on the road and keep them there.
If you have and will lend what we need, please post below or email global@marston-sunbeam.org.
