Must have been naughty----no 4 speed gearbox
Problem with the 4 speed box is that there is quite a lot of variation in them considering the short time they were in production. The main variation is on the end plate casing as the gears from each box type are not interchangeable. I've come across at least 3 types. Do you know which one you are looking for? Shame I let my spare ones go in 2011 a few years back. I'll keep my eye's open for you.
There are no numbers on my box at all which is a 1932 box. my brother in laws 1931 is slightly different but has the same clutch. If i can find the type he has then i might be ok.
I was aware that there is more than one variation, what is correct for 1932 I'm not sure.The straight pull type is wrong .John
