Title: 1933 Model 8
Post by: Ferg on October 25, 2012, 03:57:07 PM
I have a 1933 Model 8 twin port whose engine appears to be thoroughly worn out!  It needs a new piston (on standard currently) and a rebore plus big end bearings, etc..  Can anyone point me in the direction for engine spares and associated engineering to get this lump back in working order?  I am in Kent.  Many thanks!  Ferg

Alpha Bearings made my M9 bigend for me.
I used Revolution Bearings and Seals for the main bearings.
Look in the Sale/want section on this site for a piston, there have been a few up for sale.
And don't forget to check with Bruce Harrison for parts..john
