Les Hobbs is in the process of making a hinged one for me for my thirties model 9. Suggest you make contact with him.  He also has the handles that need rivetting on.

I am in the process of making a new rear mudguard and have a couple of questions relating to the hinged section:-
How long is the hinged section?
How many hinges are used?
What are the dimensions of the hinge/s?
