I didn't realise they popped up so often at auctions.

How on earth you keep track of them all I'll never know.

A 1937 Sunbeam Model 9A project, registration number HV 9078, frame number 28-27-513, engine number 28-2-209, black. The Model 9A is a revised version of the 500cc OHV Model 9. Available from 1932 the 9A featured a larger 600cc engine, tank top instruments, Sunbeam four speed gearbox, new front folk with improved brake, and new rocker box with fully lubricated rocker gear. This charming example is in oily rag barn find condition and comes direct from a private collection. The Model 9A would appear complete in all major respects and is ripe for sympathetic or full restoration depending on your view point. The machine will be offered for auction with its original registration number and an accompanying history file. V5C, MOT and tax exempt See illustrations
