Hello
Is this arrangement correct? The upper holders of the lamp are on the outside? You can see different arrangements in the network. It's hard to see in the original brochures. Have I installed them correctly?
Thank you for your answers. Claudius

Hello.
Thank you very much for your help. The horn is now screwed on.

The mounting position on the front fender is a bit strange. Think on your photo above, the holder is no longer the original one. The original is forked at the rear. The screw spacing is the same as the fender bracket. I think the same drilling template was used at the time. As long as the horn still has the 2 spring plates, the whole thing swings along and relieves the fender. I was allowed to examine the original holder and found thin rubber that was between the mudguard and holder. Think to compensate for the minimal unevenness and to generate higher contact pressure. The fender was secured from below with 2 layers of curved strips. I would be interested in the mounting position of the bracket to the fork or the mudguard bracket. Difficult to determine from photos. I appreciated that about my 7A. At the 9A I would have liked to have known exactly. Maybe someone can help? Best regards to England. Claudius

This is how the horn is mounted - see photo. Although correct, it means that the horn is subject to the movement of the forks, and it is perhaps best mounted somewhere else!

Hello
In the meantime I have recreated the horn holder according to the original template. Nobody had to sell that. The question now arises where the horn was attached. Does anyone have pasr measurement points for me? Thanks in advance. Claudius

Hello
Doesn't really have those horns on his machine? A drawing or a photo with pasr dimensions of the fender bracket would have been enough for me.

Hi there
I'm still working on my 9A 1932. Does anyone know what the original horn holder looked like? The horn is already installed on my 7A 1932 but I am not sure if the original is. Can someone help with a photo or donation?
Many Thanks
Claudius
