Moathouse Magnetos (Dave Fisher) used to be my choice but he has packed up!!  Dave Lindsley ( http://www.davelindsley.co.uk/) has a good reputation but said to be expensive. I have no personal experience but never heard a compalint.

I have used ARMOTO in Chesterfield (armoto.co.uk). They did a very nice job on a BTH Dynomag. It was expensive, and they needed chasing, but I think the wormanship is very good.

Dave Lindsley did mine , cost the best part of £400 if I recall but it hasn't missed a beat in a few thousand miles and starts first or second kick ( unless I flood it but you can't blame him for that !)
