Morning Vic

thanks for your reply  I will order a mag puller but I no how busy less is  so I will leave it for a while and  try later
Yes I have read the parts book but only refers to one spanner size   and then says a number  2-3 4  spanner  unless it refers to  BSA spanners they are numbers   I wounder if this  makes sence  , are you going to Kempton   perhaps we can meet up for a coffee  ?

In some parts lists the tool kit is illustrated and also listed in hand books..... you will have to read across the factory reference part and interpolate for your model.
As far as I know Sunbeam marked tools were available for their bicycles but not for motor bikes.

A mag sprocket removal tool is available from Les hobbs.

Happy new year to all

I am looking for information to build up a tool kit for my Model 7 ,looking at the parts book  a long list of tools spanners etc. but on information on sizes  , looking on ebay it seems only one spanner seems to be available  a 4 way combination spanner  would any one have any info   and I guess  unlike BSA  who made there own spanners sunbeam may have bought  in spanners  for there bikes

Also looking for a Mag  sprocket  removal tool
